This role focuses on executing audit procedures, preparing workpapers, and assisting with engagement administration while developing a strong foundation in U.S. audit standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist on audit engagements from planning through completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsPrepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letter commentsPerform audit procedures and document workpapers in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAASResearch and analyze accounting and audit-related issuesSupport engagement administration and customized audit proceduresMaintain effective communication with team members regarding engagement statusSkills RequiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesSolid analytical, technical, and research skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsClient-service mindset with a commitment to qualityQualifications0–2 years of audit and accounting experience in a public accounting firm preferredExposure to nonprofit audits is a plusCA/CPA preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and internal controlsExperience working with U.S.-based clients or international teams preferredBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
