Job Title: Accountant (SaaS)Location: RemoteWorking Hours: Singapore Time Zone (SGT)Type: Full-timeStart Date: Immediate joinerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage end-to-end finance operations, including Accounting, Collections, and basic HR/Admin support, for a growing SaaS company. This role requires hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and Xero, with a strong focus on migrating and operating in Xero.You will play a critical role in building and maintaining structured financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceManage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end closeHandle migration from QuickBooks to Xero and ensure data accuracy and process continuityPrepare and maintain SaaS-specific financial reports including:MRR, ARR, churn, and product-wise revenueInvoice generation and revenue trackingEnsure accurate expense recording, accruals, and reconciliationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingCollections & InvoicingManage customer invoicing and collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and cash flow visibilityMaintain structured billing processes aligned with SaaS subscriptions and contractsHR / Admin SupportSupport payroll coordination, employee reimbursements, and basic HR/admin finance processesMaintain finance-related documentation and compliance recordsMust-Have RequirementsProven experience of 3+ years working with SaaS companiesStrong hands-on expertise in Xero (mandatory) and QuickBooksExperience with structured SaaS billing and reporting processes (MRR, product sales, subscriptions)Excellent spoken and written English communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setupImmediate availability to joinSharp, fast learner with strong attention to detailNice to HaveExperience supporting finance operations across multiple regionsExposure to startup or fast-growing SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and subscription modelsWhat We OfferFully remote role aligned with Singapore working hoursHigh ownership and responsibilityOpportunity to improve and scale finance processesCollaborative, growth-oriented team
