Certified Public Accountant, US Shift

We are looking for a highly skilled CPA professional with strong expertise in US accounting, audit, and financial analytics to support our US clients across multiple industries, including restaurants, real estate, and service businesses. The role requires hands-on involvement in financial reporting, audit support, and data-driven financial analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Ensure compliance with US GAAPHandle general ledger reviews, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end closeWork on multi-entity and intercompany accountingAudit & ComplianceSupport external and internal audits (PBC schedules, audit queries, walkthroughs)Review internal controls and suggest process improvementsAssist in audit planning, variance analysis, and documentationCoordinate with US auditors and senior finance teamsFinancial Analytics & ReportingPerform financial analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysisBuild and review management reports, dashboards, and KPIsAnalyze costs, margins, cash flows, and operational performanceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and lender / investor reportingClient & Stakeholder InteractionDirect communication with US clients, auditors, and bankersProvide actionable financial insights to managementSupport decision-making with data-driven analysisRequired Skills & QualificationsCPA (US) qualifiedStrong knowledge of US GAAP, audit processes, and accounting standardsExcellent understanding of financial analysis and reportingHands-on experience with QuickBooks, Excel (advanced), and accounting softwareExperience with audit firms or US accounting engagements preferredStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environmentPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with restaurant, real estate, or multi-location businessesExposure to tools like Power BI, Restaurant365, NetSuite, or SageUnderstanding of loan covenants and lender reportingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (US-market aligned)Exposure to US clients and complex engagementsStrong learning and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and professional work environmentLong-term career growth in finance leadership roles
