Review GST/HST, T-slip reconciliations, investment summaries. Investigate & resolve discrepancies. Summarize client financials. Lead & mentor offshore team. Collaborate with onshore team. Drive process improvements.Collaboration with OnshoreFrequent coordination to align deliverables and ensure compliance with firm standards.Leadership Directly manage offshore team; ensure productivity, accuracy, and training. Skills & ToolsCaseware, TaxPrep, Profile, QuickBooks, MS Office. Strong Canadian accounting & tax knowledge. Leadership & review skillsQualificationsBachelor/Master’s in Commerce.MBA/Diploma preferred.5–7 years relevant experience with leadershipCommunication & Client Service Strong written English; offshore service experience
