Experienced Property Accounting Specialist

Job Opportunity: Experienced Property Accounting Specialist We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in commercial property accounting to lead our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing detailed property-level financials, including CAM reconciliations, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and balance sheet support schedules. You will also be expected to train and develop new accountants, create training materials, and drive process improvements. Experience with Yardi and MRI is preferred, but not required.
