Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Strategic HR Partnership:Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent development, and business growth. Employee Relations & Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Performance & Talent Management:Lead the performance review process, identify skill gaps, and support leadership in succession planning, career development, and capability building. Policy Implementation & Compliance:Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Change Management Support:Guide teams through organizational changes—such as restructuring, policy updates, or cultural transformations—by providing communication, support, and training. Data‑Driven HR Insights:Analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance trends, hiring needs) and provide actionable insights to leadership for decision‑making.Required Skills: Business Partnering, Policies, PMS, HR Data Management and Analytics, Reports and DashboardsQualification: MBA - HRExperience: 7 to 10 Years
