Job Title: HRBP Lead – TESS (Narsapura) Location: Narsapura, Karnataka Reporting To: Head – HRBP, Tata Electronics Systems and Services (TESS) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary: As the HRBP Lead for TESS at Narsapura, you will be responsible for leading and operationalizing the HR Business Partnering function at one of Tata Electronics’ key manufacturing sites. This role demands strategic HR leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive people initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation. Key Responsibilities: HRBP Function Leadership Lead the HRBP agenda for the site, ensuring alignment with TESS-wide HR strategy. Act as a strategic partner to site leadership, translating business needs into HR solutions. Drive consistency and excellence in HRBP delivery across functions at the site. Organizational Development & Change Enablement Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Collaborate with HR COEs to implement programs that enhance organizational capability and agility like Talent Management, Org Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards etc. Employee Experience & Culture Champion employee experience, engagement, and inclusion efforts tailored to the TESS context. Use data and insights to identify cultural strengths and gaps, and lead targeted interventions. Governance & Compliance Ensure HR practices at the site comply with legal, ethical, and Tata Group standards. Partner with IR and legal teams to manage risks and uphold a safe, respectful workplace. Team Leadership & Capability Building Mentor and guide HRBPs and site HR team members, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Build HRBP capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured development plans. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP leadership preferably in manufacturing or EMS. Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution skills. Experience working in a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Strategic mindset with operational execution strength. High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across levels. Familiarity with Tata Group values and governance frameworks is a plus.
