Job Description:
Pre-Opening Phase- Work closely with owners, consultants, and the corporate office to execute the pre-opening plan. - Oversee construction progress, snagging, fit-outs, and ensure compliance with brand standards. - Coordinate with technical services, procurement, IT, and contractors to ensure timely delivery. - Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the brand and local requirements. - Plan and execute the hotel’s pre-opening critical path and budget.Team Building & HR- Recruit, train, and lead a pre-opening leadership team and staff across all departments. - Implement brand culture, values, and training standards. - Establish performance metrics and succession planning for key roles.Financial & Business Strategy- Develop and manage the pre-opening budget, including operational, marketing, and manpower costs. - Create the business plan, including revenue forecasts, positioning strategy, and cost controls. - Work with the sales & marketing team to launch pre-opening campaigns and PR initiatives.Operations Readiness- Ensure licenses, permits, and statutory compliances are in place. - Establish vendor contracts, supply chain, and inventory management systems. - Set up IT systems, PMS, POS, and accounting systems for smooth functioning. - Conduct trial runs, soft opening, and operational audits before the official launch.Post-Opening- Drive commercial performance to achieve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability targets. - Build strong guest engagement, loyalty programs, and brand positioning in the market. - Continuously monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
