Roles And Responsibilities As a Content Writer, you will be tasked with writing creative content that reflect Hexnode’s brand values and messaging. Write content that can be published across multiple channels (ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails and other requirements). Create copies that align’s with our voice and personality. Take initiative on doing research regarding market trends, competitors and industry standards for copies. Identify gaps in existing content and bridge them. Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams to ideate new copies and keep up with company and product updates. Should be passionate about their work and should take ownership of the material they provide. Requirements 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, (preferred) Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode’s core message Honour deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams Be self-sufficient and provide copies that don’t require a lot of iterations Ability to do research if the task requires it.
