We are looking for a detail-driven Junior Ecommerce Manager to support and optimize our day-to-day ecommerce operations.Role OverviewAs a Junior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our online storefront, managing product data, supporting campaign execution, and monitoring key ecommerce metrics. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who understands ecommerce fundamentals and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce OperationsManage and update the ecommerce storefront (Shopify or relevant platform)Upload and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)Monitor site health and flag technical issuesEnsure inventory accuracy and product availabilityMerchandising & ConversionAssist with homepage and collection merchandisingMaintain product categorization and taggingSupport campaign and seasonal launchesImplement basic conversion hygiene improvementsPerformance MonitoringTrack key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and traffic trendsPrepare weekly performance reportsIdentify basic optimization opportunitiesMarketing CoordinationWork with the marketing team to launch campaignsSupport landing page updates and pixel implementationAssist with email/WhatsApp campaign setup (if applicable)Customer Experience SupportMonitor order flow and flag fulfillment issuesCoordinate with operations/support teamsHelp improve post-purchase experienceRequirementsMust Have1–3 years of ecommerce operations experienceWorking knowledge of Shopify (or similar platform)Strong attention to detailGood Excel / Google Sheets skillsBasic understanding of ecommerce metricsAbility to execute consistently with low error ratesGood to HaveExposure to CRO principlesExperience with GA4, Meta Pixel, or Shopify appsFamiliarity with D2C brandsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh product listing accuracyClean and well-maintained storefrontTimely campaign executionReduced operational errorsImproved conversion hygiene
