Role Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Product Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by presenting and selling our innovative IT SaaS solutions to B2B clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn). Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct engaging online and in-person presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition and technical capabilities of our IT product to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Needs Analysis: Consult with prospective clients to understand their pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements, positioning our product as the ideal solution. Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue quotas. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer handover and provide feedback on market trends and product requests. Required Qualifications Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically selling IT products, SaaS, software, or technology solutions. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment. Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales outreach tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Skills Experience selling into the Healthcare, Edtech, or Hospitality industry. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling.
