We are looking for a detail-driven Junior Ecommerce Manager to support and optimize our day-to-day ecommerce operations. Role Overview As a Junior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our online storefront, managing product data, supporting campaign execution, and monitoring key ecommerce metrics. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who understands ecommerce fundamentals and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Operations Manage and update the ecommerce storefront (Shopify or relevant platform) Upload and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Monitor site health and flag technical issues Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability Merchandising & Conversion Assist with homepage and collection merchandising Maintain product categorization and tagging Support campaign and seasonal launches Implement basic conversion hygiene improvements Performance Monitoring Track key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and traffic trends Prepare weekly performance reports Identify basic optimization opportunities Marketing Coordination Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns Support landing page updates and pixel implementation Assist with email/WhatsApp campaign setup (if applicable) Customer Experience Support Monitor order flow and flag fulfillment issues Coordinate with operations/support teams Help improve post-purchase experience RequirementsMust Have 1–3 years of ecommerce operations experience Working knowledge of Shopify (or similar platform) Strong attention to detail Good Excel / Google Sheets skills Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics Ability to execute consistently with low error rates Good to Have Exposure to CRO principles Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, or Shopify apps Familiarity with D2C brands What Success Looks LikeHigh product listing accuracy Clean and well-maintained storefront Timely campaign execution Reduced operational errors Improved conversion hygiene
