Role & responsibilitiesSales Generation & Closing:Initiating calls to prospects, persuading them to buy, and finalizing purchases. Customer Engagement & Education:Explaining product features, benefits, and special offers, while answering questions. Relationship Building:Fostering long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Data Management & Recording:Updating CRM systems with accurate customer information, call notes, and order details. Target Achievement:Consistently hitting daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics. Upselling and Cross-selling:Identifying opportunities to sell additional or higher-value products. Handling Objections & Complaints:Managing rejection professionally, resolving grievances, and troubleshooting issues.
