Role Summary We are seeking a highly disciplined, English-fluentInside Sales Development Representative (SDR)to generate qualified sales meetings. This is apure outbound role focused on appointment settingwith decision-makers in recruiting and talent acquisition. This roledoes not close deals . Success is measured byqualified meetings booked and meeting quality . Core Responsibilities • Execute outbound prospecting viacold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email • Identify and engage decision-makers ( Recruiting Directors, TA Leaders, Staffing Firm Owners, etc. ) • Clearly articulate theplatform’s value propositionin fluent, professional English • Handle initial objections and position meetings effectively • Qualify prospects using structured criteria before booking meetings • MaintainCRM hygiene(accurate notes, status updates, activity tracking) • Hitdaily and weekly activity targets and meeting quotas Required Qualifications • Exceptionalspoken and written English(near-native fluency required) • Proven experience inoutbound B2B appointment setting • Comfortablecold calling U.S.-based executives • Stronglistening skills and objection handling capability • Experience usingCRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Stable internet connection and professional work setup • Highself-discipline and accountability Preferred Qualifications • Experience inSaaS sales(strong plus) • Experience sellingB2B technology or AI solutions • Experience selling intoHR, recruiting, or staffing firms • Familiarity withU.S. business culture and communication norms Key Performance Indicators •Daily activity volume(calls, emails, LinkedIn touches) •Meetings booked per week •Show rate of booked meetings •Qualified meeting rate(meets defined ICP criteria) Compensation Structure • Competitivebase pay •Performance-based commissionbased on closed opportunities
