Clients also benefit from lifetime after-sales support, reinforcing the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.We are looking for a reliableAccounts & Admin Executivewho can manage financial coordination, administrative tasks, and support smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project-wise costing Generate work orders, purchase orders, and invoices Track client payments and follow up on outstanding dues Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, and payments Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance Admin & Coordination Coordinate with clients regarding payments, documents, and approvals Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotations, PIs, and deliveries Negotiate and bargain prices with vendors and subcontractors Maintain project files, contracts, and records in an organized manner Support management with reports and day-to-day office administration Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year Experience in accounts/admin role Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimates, and work orders Familiar with MS Excel, Word, email communication Good communication and coordination skills Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle deadlines Salary & Benefits₹17000 -₹20000per month Growth opportunity in a fast-expanding firm Joining DetailsImmediate joiners preferred Candidates with short or no notice period will be given priority How to Apply Interested candidates may send their resume to: info@
