Beyond products, AgeWell is building a larger wellness ecosystem that includes AgeWell Connect, a private 40+ community, and upcoming AgeWell Care Centers, supporting individuals through every stage of their wellness journey..Experience: 2–3 yearsLocation: Athani, Kochi / KeralaIndustry: FMCG / HealthcareKey Responsibilites:- Visit medical stores and supermarkets to promote and sell company products - Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and store purchase decision-makers - Generate new leads and onboard new customers - Ensure regular order collection and timely follow-ups - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and product demand - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery - Maintain basic sales reports and customer recordsSkills and Qualifications:- 2–3 years of field sales experience (medical stores / supermarkets preferred) - Good communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas - Basic knowledge of billing, margins, and sales practices - Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic reporting - Minimum Plus Two (12th pass) in any stream - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an added advantage - Education can be relaxed for candidates with relevant field sales experiencePreferred:- Experience in FMCG / pharma / healthcare products - Good local market knowledge - Two-wheeler with valid driving licenseBenefits:- Competitive salary (based on experience) - Sales incentives / performance-based bonusesWorking Days:- 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday) - Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
