From strategy, planning, taxation, valuation, finance, operations, training, and risk management, we cover wide spectrum of business requirement in an integrated model leveraging our people, process, and service delivery framework.Location: Vyttila, ErnakulamPosition: Senior Tele Sales ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:- Call and follow-up with leads generated through social media & digital campaigns. - Understand customer requirements, explain the benefits of our service, and convert leads into closures. - Maintain proper call logs and update leads in CRM on a daily basis with status and remarks. - Regular follow-up with leads for higher conversion output. - Arrange meetings / Zoom calls with our technical team for high potential leads to ensure maximum conversion. - Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling & documentation support. - Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets.Requirements:- Bachelor degree with 5 to 10 years proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (preferably in financial products, advisory services, insurance, banking, real estate or similar service domain). - English and Malayalam speaking is mandatory. - Hindi speaking will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to convert leads to closures with consistent performance. - Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. - Comfortable working with metrics and daily call targets.
