Company Description Urban Trash is a fast-growing waste aggregator startup based in Kochi. We provide sustainable waste management solutions for apartments, villas, offices, and institutions. Our mission is to make waste management simple, efficient, and eco-friendly by combining on-ground operations with smart systems. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting sales presentations, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include client visits, pitching subscription plans, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with the marketing team to grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients (apartments, villas, offices, institutions). Promote Urban Trash’s subscription waste collection services. Meet monthly sales targets with attractive incentives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide regular sales reports and market insights. Qualifications 2–3 years of sales experience (B2B/B2C, field sales preferred). Experience in client relationship management & cold calling. Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in sales/CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Previous experience in waste management or environmental services is an added advantage. Job Details Location: Kochi (preferred) Salary: ₹25,000/month + incentives
