You’ll own our online voice, plan content calendars, run campaigns, and grow engagement organically and through ads.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily social media operations — content planning, scheduling, and posting. - Collaborate with the content and creative teams to deliver consistent messaging. - Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn). - Track analytics, report performance, and optimize for reach and conversion. - Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community growth.What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency. - Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms. - Strong communication and content planning skills. - Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools. - Bonus: Knowledge of video marketing or influencer collaborations.
