We are looking for a creative and strategicSocial Media Managerto oversee our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and executesocial media strategiesaligned with business goals. Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and publish engagingcontent(posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.). Plan and managepaid social media campaignsto drive reach and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and preparemonthly analytics reports. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Proven experience as aSocial Media Manageror similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. Proficiency insocial media management tools(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge ofgraphic design and video editing tools(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing bothorganic and paid campaigns. Understanding ofSEO,content marketing, andbrand strategy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
