We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the UAE and GCC market expansion for two well-established consumer brands in the outdoor gear and portable power space. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow brand presence Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces Design and run marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail platforms Lead pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and reporting Recruit and manage a small sales & marketing team Organise participation in trade fairs and promotional events Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 7–10 years of sales & marketing experience (min. 3 years in related industries: camping, electronics, or FMCG) Strong track record in sales growth and brand building Hands-on experience with digital marketing and e-commerce Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Passion for outdoor products A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory What’s Offered: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Employment Visa & Health Insurance Opportunity to lead international brands in a growing market Entrepreneurial and growth-focused work culture
