This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent, build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and drive data-driven recruitment outcomes aligned with organizational growth goals.Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines - Lead hiring for cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, engineering, product, and corporate functions - Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and direct outreach - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for company - Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures to ensure strong offer acceptance rates - Track, analyze, and report key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness - Continuously improve recruitment processes, ATS utilization, compliance standards, and hiring efficiencyRequired Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring - Proven hands-on experience hiring for cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering roles - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills - Experience working with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics - Ability to manage HR operations - Postgraduate qualification in HR, Management, or a related field (preferred)
