Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer at Noku Job, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for a wide range of roles across industries. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Pre-screen resumes to evaluate alignment with job requirements. Engage with candidates to assess interest and availability. Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS). Work with recruiters to develop creative sourcing strategies. Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain talent pools. Requirements: Graduate Only 0– years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus. ✨ Why Join Noku Job?
