Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources Director at Ecloto Designs. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, handling employee relations, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies Employee Relations and Performance Management Labor and Employment Law Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in managing HR functions remotely Knowledge of current HR regulations and trends Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
