Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering timely resolutions.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues efficiently.Document customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions in the support system.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and IT, to enhance customer experience.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, networking, and software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.Preferred location: Kerala.
