Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Solution Architect:Enterprise Architecture consultants to create overarching enterprise architecture solutions to meet Client’s Business requirements. Enterprise architect will be directly responsible for –- Translating Enterprise domain and portfolio strategies into current and future state architecture roadmaps and blueprints - Anchoring key customers by providing architecture and design solutions for business and technical problems - Conducting functional/technical workshops and trainings as and when required - Researching and assessing new technology - Participating in Enterprise governance and enterprise initiatives and activities - Hands-on experience on at least one Enterprise Architecture tool from Vendors such as Software AG, Mega (Hopex) - Ability to do customization and generate reports from EA toolExperience Level – 8 to 16 yearsDesired Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent, 15+ years of engineering/development experience and 3+ years of Architecture consulting experience. MBA’s will be added advantage. - Delivered multiple consulting engagements in Enterprise Architecture Domain - Experience and/or Certifications in formal architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred - Understanding of Operating Plans, Financials and Cost/Benefit analysis. - Proven team building, negotiation, influencing skills and relationship management are essential. - Self-starter, highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and “CAN-DO” attitude. - Strong presentation and communications skills to make both strategic and tactical recommendations and effectively communicate with Senior and Executive Management and service partners - Experience with mentoring non architecture teams, motivating and leading by example
