We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetApp Storage/Dell EMC Field Support Engineer to join our team. Locati on : Kochi Mode : Permanent Experience : 5 to 10 years Role & Responsibilities Responsible for providing technical support and expertise in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting NetApp/Dell EMC storage systems. Technical Support: Provide L1 and L2 support for NetApp storage systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Trouble shooting Issues and replace fails components. Storage Management: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NetApp storage systems, including Data ONTAP and firmware upgrades. Oversee the support of NetApp storage solutions, ensuring they are optimized, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Performance Monitoring: Monitor storage system performance, manage capacity planning, and perform performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Storage Provisioning: Allocating storage resources, managing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient storage utilization. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage data protection strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of backups and disaster recovery processes. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their storage needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of storage infrastructure with other enterprise systems. 24x7 Ready to visit customer place for deployment and SOW Deliverables.
