The ideal candidate will combine global vision with hands-on leadership, inspiring trust and collaboration across the school community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and articulate a clear vision for the school’s growth and success.Lead curriculum implementation and innovation across IB and Cambridge programmes.Recruit, develop, and evaluate faculty to build a highly effective teaching team.Safeguard student well-being and promote a positive, inclusive school climate.Oversee resource management, budgeting, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership.Strengthen Cochin International School reputation through parent partnerships, alumni engagement, and public representation.Champion diversity, equity, and global citizenship within the school culture.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic vision and ability to operationalise goals.Strong academic leadership, with deep knowledge of international curricula.Proven people management and faculty development expertise.Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and community engagement skills.Commitment to ethical leadership, student-centred learning, and holistic growth.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s in Education or related discipline (administrative certification preferred).10–15 years of leadership experience in international schools, with a proven record of academic and operational success.Strong background in accreditation, compliance, and faculty development.
