Assistant Manager – Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, guide, and manage the counselling team to achieve branch targets. Handle student counselling for overseas education across countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe, etc. Review student profiles, guide them on course and university selection, and support application processing. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality. Monitor team performance and provide necessary training/support. Coordinate with management on strategies, reporting, and business development. Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, visa processes, and admission requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical counselling practices. Requirements:Minimum5 years of experiencein overseas education counselling. Experience inteam handling and branch management . Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
