Job Title: Admission Officer Location: Palarivattom & Calicut Reporting to: Centre Manager / Admissions Lead Experience: 1-3 years in admissions, counselling, or educational services Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred) Languages: English & Malayalam (spoken and written) About the Role As an Admission Officer at Xylem’s Commerce Pro division, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring careers in commerce and finance. Your role involves counselling students on programs like CA, ACCA, and CMA , guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from inquiry to enrolment. Key Responsibilities 1. Student & Visitor Engagement 2. Program Counselling 3. Admissions & Finance 4. Administration & Reporting What We’re Looking For Basic knowledge of CA, ACCA, CMA programs . Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English. Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach. Ability to multitask and manage timelines. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
