The Role:Full-time, on-site Team Manager in Kochi. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure seamless execution of travel programs and expeditions. Lead teams to excellence, manage client relationships, craft travel plans, drive process improvements, and align with our vision. Thrive on collaborative problem-solving, leadership, and operational efficiency!What We're Looking For:Proven Team Leadership & People Management to motivate high-performing teams.Travel Planning, Tour Coordination, & Resource Management experience for flawless executions (Domestic Destinations or Asia destination experience required).Stellar Communication & Client Relationship skills for internal/external success.Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving abilities to tackle daily ops and challenges.Flexibility, enthusiasm, and passion for travel (international/group experience a plus!).Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field (preferred).3+ years management experience in travel/tourism.
