We’re Hiring: Lead – Seasonings (R&D) | KochiA leading food ingredients company is looking for a Lead – Seasonings(Food Ingredients) to drive innovation in savory flavor solutions and build a strong seasoning platform across multiple food applications.If you are passionate about flavor science, seasoning formulation, and customer-led product development, this is a great opportunity to lead a growing R&D vertical and shape innovative seasoning solutions.Location: Kochi, KeralaIdeal Candidate: • 10–15 years of experience in seasoning (food ingredients), savory applications, or flavor development.• Strong hands-on expertise in seasoning formulation and application.• Experience in customer-led product development and commercialization.• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, or related field.Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development of seasoning blends for snacks, instant foods, meat & poultry, bakery, and QSR applications.• Develop innovative flavor platforms based on market trends and customer requirements.• Oversee formulation, trials, and scale-up for commercial production.• Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams on customer presentations and technical discussions.• Build and mentor a high-performing seasoning R&D team.• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.#Hiring #FoodR&D #Seasonings #FlavorDevelopment #FoodTechnology #SavoryApplications #KochiJobs
