In this role, you would be involved in recruitment for Asia Pac based roles, majorly for Singapore. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with applicants, making job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 to 5 years of prior experience in recruitment or staffing is mandatory for this roleShould possess a good experience in recruitment for IT roles including the latest technologies and niche skillsGood understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and job analysisConfident in liaising with candidates from different nationalities, excellent mastery of English speaking and acute listening skills are mandatoryShould be willing to follow instructions and prepare and maintain meticulous reports for documentationStrong verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills as well as excellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrityAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to make equitable decisionsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boardsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work well under tight deadlinesStrong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative
