The hospital is committed to setting global standards in healthcare with 24/7 emergency, primary, and specialized care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Executive at VPS Lakeshore, located in Kochi. The Quality Executive will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, engaging in quality management initiatives, and analyzing operational data to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous process improvement to enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness.Qualifications- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality - Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare quality systems preferredKey responsibilities- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality standards and accreditation requirements (NABH / NABL / ISO/ Green OT) - Coordinate internal audits, departmental audits, and compliance reviews - Monitor and analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and patient safety metrics - Support departments in preparing policies, SOPs, protocols, and documentation - Ensure proper documentation control and record maintenance as per quality standards - Facilitate incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) - Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on quality and patient safety - Participate in risk management activities and safety rounds - Assist during external audits and accreditation assessments - Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization
