Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping at ibis Kochi City Centre !We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concernsRestock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as neededInspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety hazardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssist in deep cleaning and special projects as assignedMaintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventoryAdhere to all safety and sanitation protocolsReport any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnelQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Diploma or Certificate Course in Hospitality Management preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorEffective time management and organizational abilitiesGood communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusProblem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficientlyPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shiftKnowledge of cleaning products and proceduresFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous but not required for entry-level positions
