Job Description We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Customer Support Team . The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills , an innovative and proactive personality , and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly during the training period. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and seeking to build a career in a professional and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand customer support processes during the training period. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat professionally. Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to meet performance and service goals. Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers. Requirements Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory). Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Smart, confident, and proactive attitude. Willingness to adapt and learn in a structured training environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply.
