Job Title : Senior Manager – Organization Development & Effectiveness (OD&E) Seniority Level: Senior Years of Relevant Experience: 6–12 years Department: Management Reporting Organization: Our Company Employment Type : Full-time Location: Kochi Job Summary Admaren is looking for a Senior Manager – OD&E to strengthen our organizational culture, performance, and effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will institutionalize performance management, prepare Admaren for ISO and GPTW certifications, and integrate learning and HR systems to enable a high-performance, people-first culture. Initially, the role will be an individual contributor position, with the opportunity to scale into team leadership. Key Responsibilities Performance & Organizational Development Lead the design and execution of PMS frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, review cycles). Build career development pathways linked to PMS outcomes. Facilitate change management, manager enablement, and employee adoption. Culture, Engagement & Certification Drive initiatives for Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification. Embed HR policies and SOPs that support a transparent, values-driven culture. Prepare and align HR operations for ISO certification. Systems & Effectiveness Collaborate with consultants on HRMS selection and transition. Integrate PMS and LMS into HRMS workflows. Track and report HR effectiveness metrics (engagement, performance, retention). Learning & Development Introduce scalable learning programs that reinforce performance. Align learning interventions with role expectations and career growth. Required Skills and Qualification Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. 6–12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in performance management and organization development . Experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, reviews). Exposure to ISO/GPTW certifications or similar organizational audits. Hands-on experience with HRMS/LMS systems and integrating learning with performance. Strong skills in policy/process development, change management, and employee engagement . Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
