The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in amplifying Docemy’s online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving traffic to our platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing team passionate about transforming medical education.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Strategize, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).Monitor and respond to user engagement, fostering a strong online community.Content Marketing:Collaborate with the team to create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to our audience.Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistent branding.Whatsapp & Email Nurturing:Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, updates, and engagement with our subscriber base.Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for higher open and conversion rates.Paid Campaigns:Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.Analytics & Reporting:Track website traffic and key digital marketing KPIs on a regular basisGenerate regular performance reports and propose data driven strategies for improvement.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field .Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing (1-2 years preferred, but freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in tools like Wordpress, Adobe Suite, AWS SES, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.What We Offer:Benefits of joining a growing startup including ESOPOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization impacting medical education.Gain hands-on experience and learn from a passionate teamHow to Apply:Apply via linkedin or mail your CV with a short introduction about your work, link to your works to with the subject line “Full-stack Digital Growth Manager.”We look forward to hearing from you
