Job Title: Voice AnalystShift Timing: US Eastern shift timingLocation: Kochi KeralaPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct structured outbound calls and send structured outbound emails to confirm or collect missing project data in a timely manner (including follow-ups after voicemail).Review, interpret, and validate information from construction documents and external sources, including business articles, permits, RFPs, specifications, zoning approvals, meeting minutes, and agendas.Validate complex project attributes, including scope, valuation, timelines, and stakeholder roles, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Draft clear, concise, and professional emails requesting specific information or clarifications from stakeholders.Update IRIS and other internal systems with validated and verified information.Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate projects; resolve independently or escalate as appropriate.Adhere to established SOPs, naming conventions, compliance requirements, and quality standards.Maintain accountability for performance metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, and productivity across multiple data-collection methods.Technical SkillsMicrosoft Excel (basic to intermediate).CRM and internal data management systems.Online research and data validation skills.Soft SkillsClear, confident spoken English for professional phone interactions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Professional communication style and demeanor.Solid English reading comprehension.Strong typing skills with high accuracy and minimal grammatical errors.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
