About the RoleWe’re hiring a Technology Strategy Analyst to work directly with senior technology leadership at KeyValue. This is an analyst role (designed for someone with a software engineering background who wants to transition into a strategy and operations-focused position.You’ll help translate technical complexity into structured insights, drive key initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization.What You’ll Do- Support senior technology leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives - Conduct research, deep dives, and analysis on technology trends, competitors, product performance, and internal systems - Translate complex technical topics into clear insights, frameworks, and recommendations - Prepare briefs, pre-reads, decks, and talking points ahead of key meetings and reviews - Capture decisions, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams - Act as a coordination hub across engineering, product, data, and business teams - Help manage priorities, agendas, and information flow for leadership - Proactively identify risks, unblock issues, and anticipate what’s needed next - Support operational improvements and process design across the technology organizationWhat We’re Looking For- Software engineering background - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving - Excellent written communication and presentation skills - Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly - High ownership, energy, and bias toward action - Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments - Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills - Discretion and maturity with sensitive informationNice to Have- Experience in product, data, strategy, or operations - Exposure to SaaS, platform, or high-growth startup environments - Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides - Familiarity with modern engineering systems and toolingWhy This Role Is Unique- Direct exposure to senior technology leadership and decision-making - High-impact role with visibility across engineering, product and business - Steep learning curve and strong career growth potential - Opportunity to grow into strategy, product, or leadership roles over time
