Product Owner

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, business acumen, and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful, customer-focused digital products.Key Responsibilities ● Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, launch, and maintenance. ● Collaborate with the Stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. ● Define detailed requirements using Agile methodologies and create wireframes and supporting documentation. ● Break down epics into user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items to meet MVP targets. ● Act as the Product Owner during daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. ● Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric, high-quality features. ● Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide implementation with engineering teams. ● Utilize tools like Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking. ● Collaborate with Marketing to prepare product collateral, sales materials, and launch communications. ● Support Sales teams in key client meetings or product demonstrations when required. ● Conduct market research, analyse competitor products, and identify emerging trends to refine product strategy. ● Monitor and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and guide future development.Required Skills & Experience ● 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. ● Proven experience managing product lifecycles — from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization. ● Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. ● Experience in Android platforms, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team management. ● Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps, epics, and user stories. ● Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning. ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives. ● Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence.Preferred Qualification ● Excellent command of English — both written and verbal. ● Strong presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. ● Strategic thinker with a creative and results-driven approach to product development. ● Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering superior customer experiences.
