Company DescriptionXite Live - a bespoke digital agency headquartered in Dubai with 4 satellite offices around the world.10 years focusing on providing pure digital marketing services, with over 200+ clients. #Dubai # India #Kochi #Digitalmarketing #agencyKey Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day activities and coordination. - Prepare and share creative briefs with internal teams (design, content, etc.). - Work closely with the Dubai team to track and execute ongoing campaigns. - Ensure timely follow-ups and deliveries from internal teams. - Use tools like Canva or other basic editing software to support visual tasks when needed. - Monitor campaign progress, flag issues, and provide status updates. - Handle campaign requirements that involve quick turnaround timelines. - Handle Social media postings - Research and develop social media ideas for campaigns - Participate in internal brainstorm sessionsQualifications- 1 year of experience in a similar role. - A good understanding of working on fast-paced campaigns with quick turnaround timelines - Basic knowledge of Canva or other editing tools - The ability to generate briefs, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely deliveries from design andother departments- Flexible to work with Dubai working hours.
