Logistics & Fulfilment Executive | Full-Time (On-Site)Location: Pullepady, Near MG Road, Kochi✨ What We Offer- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level) - Right and timely compensation — no delays. - Clear growth path to leadership roles. - Opportunity to learn about fashion, design, D2C operations, and logistics. - Direct collaboration with the founders and the core team.Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday(Sunday is the weekly off.)Who We AreWe are Lobha Deepthis, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ethnic clothing brand that celebrates India’s handmade textiles through perfectly tailored, ready-to-wear clothing.We are a vertically integrated brand — designing, manufacturing, and marketing all under one roof.What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)• Minimum: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.• Minimum 1+ years of logistics/fulfilment experience.• Comfortable using computers, email, and WhatsApp.• Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus.• Diligent, attentive, and disciplined- ensuring every order is packed and tracked correctly.• Physically capable of working long hours in the packing department. (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)• Experience in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce fulfilment will be an added advantage.The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and takes pride in ensuring that every parcel leaves on time and in perfect condition.Roles & Responsibilities• Print and manage shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips daily.• Pack all orders carefully and coordinate with courier partners for timely fulfilment.• Coordinate with internal and external teams (logistics providers) to close shipment or delivery issues.• Track KPIs and fulfilment metrics to ensure smooth operations.• Assist in training and supervising junior team members over time.⚠️ NoteThis is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. Part-timers or students may not be suitable.
