Quality Analyst

Job Title   Quality Analyst(QA) Location   Infopark Phase 2, Cochin.  Employment Type   Full Time  Role Overview  We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software testing and an understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies. This is a great opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building high-quality software products. We specialise in custom software, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, cloud services, digital transformation and AI Consulting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, adaptability, and quality.  Responsibilities  Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements Design and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks Run automated test suites, analyse results, and report findings to relevant stakeholders Log, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Conduct regression testing to verify that software updates do not impact existing functionality Participate actively in Agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices Stay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices Candidate Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 0–4 years of experience in software quality assurance (freshers welcome) Proficiency in manual testing, with a basic understanding of automated testing concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools   Compensation & Benefits  Competitive salary package.  Opportunity to grow in a company that values adaptability, learning, and forward-thinking.  Exposure to diverse projects and global clients in a supportive, collaborative work culture.    To Apply  Send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to our HR team via Yatnam Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
