Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies. ●Ensuring a high level of performance in the business and the team, ensuring optimum output from each member. ●Effectively manage all employee related data and maintain data sanctity. ●Act as a single point of contact for all employee and policy related queries. ●Maintain an effective and transparent communication channel within the business and the team. ●Ensure all concerns related to the employees are addressed within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance with the organizational guidelines and policy framework. ●Lead the HR team to enhance their competencies and provide the necessary guidance. ●Monitor adherence and adoption of internal policies and HR systems. ●Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow within the team and the aligned business. ●Bring forth new ideas and innovations to improve on the quality of tasks being carried out. ●Prepare MIS reports and dashboard for the stakeholders. ●Improve the existing employee engagement framework and a thought-through action plan. ●MBA / PGDM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR with 6+ years of relevant experience. ●Team management experience is a must
