Job Title: HR Recruiter  No of Vacancies :1 Department: Human Resources Location: Kochi Reports To: HR Manager Experience :1-3 years  Last Date to Apply: September 30,2025 Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Draft and post job descriptions across portals and social media. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases. Represent the company professionally to potential candidates. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer letter generation. Maintain and update the candidate database. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.
