Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The QA Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality by designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying potential improvements in both the testing and product development processes. Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test cases to verify product functionality and performance. Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution. Work closely with developers to ensure clear communication and understanding of defect priorities. Manual & Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage. Prior experience in automation testing is highly preferred , including creation and execution of automated scripts. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to understand product requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Test Documentation: Maintain and update test cases, test plans, and other testing documentation in accordance with project updates and quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the testing lifecycle. Requirements: Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. Technical Skills: Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks. Strong SQL knowledge is highly preferred. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective defect reporting, documentation, and team collaboration
