Interior Designer

Experience Level – 5+ yearsCTC – 6 to 10 LPAEducation : B.Arch./ B.Sc. in Interior Designing or AboveReporting to – Project HeadJob Responsibilities :• Develop architectural and interior design with detail concepts based on project requirements• Prepare design drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed specifications.• Coordinate with management and site to understand design needs, budgets and timeline• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models and management presentations• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for design executions.• Conduct site visits to monitor works as per drawings and to ensure quality of works.• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock ups and necessary approvals.• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations and standards• Assist in project planning, scheduling and cost control• Handle revisions and modifications as required during execution.• Identify required materials and prepare a suggestion list.
