Interior Designer

Experience Level – 5+ years CTC – 6 to 10 LPA Education : B.Arch./ B.Sc. in Interior Designing or Above Reporting to – Project HeadJob Responsibilities : • Develop architectural and interior design with detail concepts based on project requirements • Prepare design drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed specifications. • Coordinate with management and site to understand design needs, budgets and timeline • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models and management presentations • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for design executions. • Conduct site visits to monitor works as per drawings and to ensure quality of works. • Review shop drawings, material samples, mock ups and necessary approvals. • Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations and standards • Assist in project planning, scheduling and cost control • Handle revisions and modifications as required during execution. • Identify required materials and prepare a suggestion list.
