We deliver high-impact branding, digital marketing, automation, and creative solutions for Australian clients.We are expanding our creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle both static design and engaging video content for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities- Design digital marketing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, and brand assets - Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, websites, and presentations - Produce reels, shorts, promo videos, explainers, and basic motion graphics - Design thumbnails, storyboards, and video cover visuals - Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs - Work closely with digital marketing, content, and account management teams - Handle revisions based on internal and client feedback - Organise design and video assets following internal SOPs - Deliver work aligned with Australian client timelinesRequired Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (3–5 years preferred) - Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools - Experience creating performance-driven ad creatives - Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Good communication and collaboration skillsPreferred (Nice to Have)- Motion graphics and animation skills - Experience with Canva Pro and brand kits - Basic UI/UX or website design experience - Experience working with Australian or international clients - Knowledge of FigmaWhat We Offer- Work with Australian brands and international clients - Long-term, stable role with growth opportunities - Structured workflows using and clear SOPs - Opportunity to grow into Senior Designer / Creative Lead role - Supportive and professional work cultureHow to ApplyPlease share:- Updated resume - Portfolio (design + video work) - List of tools you are strongest in
